The above-mentioned personal data must be processed for the purpose of creating create offers, executing orders, or for the purpose of responding to an inquiry/reservation made by you. Failure to provide this data results in the impossibility to provide the given service. This personal data will be processed for the period of negotiations on the conclusion of the contract between you and the operator of the ELMA Hotel.

The processing of personal data is carried out exclusively by the operator of the ELMA Hotel. The personal data is secured against unauthorized access.

Under § 21 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., the client has the right to access personal data that concerns him/her, the right to request an explanation, the right to request the blocking, correction, supplementation or liquidation of his/her personal data, and he/she is entitled to revoke the granted consent to the processing of his/her personal data at any time in writing or by e-mail. The client also has the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
